BC Housing’s Vienna House project will be the first British Columbia building to use a new type of suspended balcony that will provide tenants with semi-private outdoor space without undermining the project’s ambitious energy-efficiency goals.
As we roll into the cooler weather, the Vienna House site is teeming with activity. Two of the building’s six floors are now in place and the third is well underway.
